El nombre indica un poco los objetivos del programa, fortalecer la zona media. Es algo más liviano que P90X, como no se centra en fuerza da esa impresión y luego vas notando los abdominales, quizá 90 días es mucho para un trabajo localizado, debieras probarlo. Slds.
