No hace mucho tiempo, los editores de la revista Guitar World publicaron una encuesta para conocer cuáles eran los mejores solos de guitarra según sus lectores. El resultado es ésta recopilación. Una recopilación en la que si bien hay una buena falta de estilos -no hay solos de guitarra de jazz por ejemplo- y para muchos faltarán y sobrarán algunos temas, no hay duda de que recoge una gran, e incluso increíble, muestra de virtuosidad guitarrística.
