This is a 2nd gen tape and is the best sounding version of this show that I've heard, pretty good for a 1970 audience recording. Unlike a lot of other versions I've heard this also has the tracks in the correct order and runs at the proper speed. It also features a couple of tracks that were rarely played live.
This predates the US release of the "Paranoid" album by over a month. While it had been released in the UK and Europe in September 1970, the album was not released in the US until January 1971 (Ozzy mentions at the beginning of "War Pigs" that it isn't out yet) so the audience would presumably have been hearing the "Paranoid" tracks for the first time (unless they'd managed to get hold of import copies of course).
In any case, one of the better early 70s Sabbath audience recordings from the best (to my knowledge) available source.
