No se me enoje, lobezno. Tienes toda la razón que es una de las expresiones más utilizadas, tanto en castellano como en las traducciones desde otros idiomas, para referirse a un funcionario o persona destacada; por lo tanto es correcta, pero siempre me ha causado gracia cuando dicen o escriben weás así: "El alto oficial, el alto mandatario, el alto reportero, etc".

Sí, porque podría ser Miguelito el reportero y su información ser igual de veraz y honesta si es desde el terreno y con fundados antecedentes.-
Totalmente de acuerdo con tu última línea, pero dado que a algunos no-brainers les encanta el ad verecundiam, a lo mejor si les agregas ciertos adjetivos ad-hoc, se abren de piernas más fácilmente.

En cuanto a lo primero, no estoy enojado, estimado. De hecho, te di Like para que quedara más claro.

y cual es la novedad votaron las torres gemelas y mataron cuantos wns para justificar su guerra y ahora les importan los niños gaseados con químicos..!! esta wea no me la compro nica..!!

siria es un punto estratégico y hasta que uno de los dos wns grandes gane el control total de esa zona, que se olviden de una paz por lo menos pronta..!!
